4. Orders & Payments

We accept payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and other available gateways.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes (if applicable) must be paid by the customer.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We offer exchanges within 3 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.
Customized or personalized jewellery items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If approved, refunds (only for damaged items) are issued as store credit and processed within 7–14 business days.
Return shipping charges of ₹79/- are to be paid by the customer.
